We understand your frustration; you just bought a brand new bike or component and unexpectedly it breaks or doesn't work properly. We all play hard, and our manufacturers understand this and that's why almost all of them offer a warranty against defects and workmanship.
To this end products that we sell at Dunbar are supported by a manufacturers' warranty so the first step is to look for specific warranty info on the manufacturers website. Once you contact the manufacturer they will make all warranty decisions, and most will handle the claim directly eliminating the middleman through the process.

They are sold as is and right out of the box. Also return shipping of the defective product on warranty claims is the responsibility of the buyer.
Step 1 - Determine if the issue will be covered by warranty by looking up the manufactures website. Normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty nor is improper care or parts that have been lost or have gone missing.
Step 2 - If you've got a problem call us. We want you up and back on your bike as soon as possible too. in our experience most warranties are resolved in a timely manner.
