I would have rated it 5 star except for the battery placement and tightness issues. I have to lay on my back on the ground under the bike to hold the release lever and pry to battery out with a hard piece of plastic. (I'm 71 years old and would rather not lay on my back to get the battery out!) (We had to load them up and take them back to the dealer. The dealer had a hard time too and finally came up with the hard plastic idea. )
Related issue: The motor failed on my 2021 Turbo Como at 6,300 miles! Prematurely in my opinion. Too expensive to fix! But my wife and I did replace the 2021 models with these new 2026 Turbo Comos. In our small town, Specialized was our only option to have qualified technicians servicing our bikes. Overall we love the Specialized Comos, but may have bought something different hoping they would last longer.
Last thought: Co-locating the charging port and the key slot is a bad idea!
